Shipping Information

We will provide free delivery in Hong Kong with the minimum purchase amount of HKD $500. The domestic shipping cost for purchases below HKD $500 is around HKD$40-50 per delivery. The delivery period is generally around seven to ten days from the date of purchase.

Refund and Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to exchange or refund, we are happy to do so on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Any shipping cost incurred by the refund or return will be bear by you.
